STE(A)M Fest?

The Monsoon Youth crew had a blast chatting and building with everyone at our STEM Fest booth! We did our best to merge the arts with engineering in a way that was both fun and challenging. The activity we chose was to build a physical model of a James and the Giant Peach JR. set piece. We had a poster on the table displaying some concept art that SYMTP graduate Everett Chang drew for the summer production; participants were encouraged to use the drawings as inspiration for their block/popsicle stick builds. This set building craft is something you can do at home with absolutely anything, so feel free to let your imagination loose and create!
